Crape Myrtle

Lagerstroemia indica

I love to bloom in my sunny spot. I like stretching my branches wide so everyone can see my flowers before summer ends.

Wisteria and Red Yucca do their own thing nearby, but I’m the last one standing. My blooms linger, giving pollinators one final treat before the season changes.

Bright sun and a little dry weather? No problem. My flowers keep going into late summer, making sure I’m the grand finale before fall arrives.
